Terms of payment are by credit card ( MC/VISA/AMEX/Discover) unless credit has been established (see below).

10.0% sales tax will be added for Illinois customers without a tax resale #.

Shipping

Shipping cut off times Monday - Friday

Domestic orders 12:00PM CST - Next Day Air orders 1:00PM CST

International Orders 11:00AM CST

You will be billed actual shipping cost + a $5.00 handling fee.

We ship exclusively through UPS. Any special shipping arrangements must be cleared ahead of time. Please call 1.800.283.7845 to see if we can meet your shipping requirements.

UPS STANDARD ground shipping is available to customers in Canada. Please specify on order form.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on all backorders.

Shipments are F.O.B: our warehouse in Skokie, Illinois 60076

Return Check Policy

There will be a $25.00 service charge for any check returned N.S.F. (Not Sufficient Funds).

Return Policy

Returned material will be accepted by prior arrangement only and must be marked clearly on the outside of the package with a return authorization number issued by Atlas Billiard Supplies.

Returned material will be accepted up to 30 days after date of sale only, except for shaft blanks which will be accepted within 15 days only. Undamaged materials may be returned after this grace period (at our discression) for a %15.00 restocking fee.

Credit Policy

To establish an open account we require 1 bank reference and 3 trade references.

We ship all orders C.O.D., MC/VISA/AMEX/Discover, or pre-paid (see Terms section) until such credit information has been received and approved by our credit department.
