Australian Grey Box Burl - Eucalyptus microcarpa
Southeastern Australia One of many Eucalyptus species, lumber is heavy, dense, and rot resistant. Used for fence posts and bridge parts. Found throughout Australia from arid inland to coastal regions, preferring flooded areas, or at least periodic flooding, or near permanent water sources. Wide spread tree, up to 15 meters.
